Machine Translation – Does it really work?

One of the hot topics seen in Localization World Berlin was that of Machine Translation, an area that I have always been personally interested in and that I studied extensively while completing a Masters in Machine Translation at UMIST under the direction of Harold Somers. Although this area is still developing slowly […]

La traduction automatique fonctionne-t-elle vraiment ?

L’un des sujets à la mode traité lors de la conférence Localization World de Berlin était celui de la traduction automatique. Recruitment

Mot pour Mot is always looking for translators/proofreaders, project managers and sales professionals able to contribute to the company’s achievement strategy.
Mot pour Mot satisfies translation quality requirements by employing a team of salaried translators. Our key strength is therefore our capacity to conduct translation, proofreading and quality control internally as opposed to being entirely outsourced, as is the case with the majority of companies on the market. We always use teams of experienced translators and all our project managers carry out quality control tasks in addition to being trained linguists.

Mot pour Mot is an equal opportunities employer. We treat all qualified candidates for a job equally, without discriminating against race, nationality, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, service history or family situation.
Mot pour Mot always allocates assignments to translators whose quality is tested during screening and on each project (systematic proofreading form).

Mot pour Mot continually trains students on part-time and sandwich courses or long term internships (4 to 6 months). Every trainee is paid and must have a training agreement. Work assigned to trainees (translation, project management) is subject to close monitoring by a supervisor who assists them and assesses their work quality (proofreading and monitoring forms). Every year, Mot pour Mot recruits from among its trainees.

Mot pour Mot also welcomes trainees in company management, business techniques, marketing, sales and accounting.
